This role involves developing and supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and striving to meet Membership goals.
Responsibilities include maintaining facility safety by following all standards and procedures, conducting safety sweeps, proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions. The role also requires fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders accurately, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
The position emphasizes providing excellent Member service, adhering to company policies and ethical standards, respecting individual differences, acting with integrity, and delivering results with a customer-first approach. It also involves continuous improvement, embracing new technologies, and supporting team development.
