Position Summary

Supports Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working towards Membership goals.

Ensures facility safety by adhering to all safety standards and procedures, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.

Completes work assignments by utilizing policies, data, and resources, collaborating with team members, prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and seeking continuous improvement.

Provides excellent Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.

Complies with company policies and standards of ethics, demonstrating respect, integrity, and acting in alignment with Walmart values.

Acts with integrity, accountability, and humility, fostering a positive culture and supporting Walmart's goal of becoming a regenerative company.
