Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting Membership by providing information, promoting products, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events.
2. Maintaining facility safety by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials properly, and reporting unsafe conditions.
3. Fulfilling Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders accurately, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
4. Completing work assignments by collaborating with team members, managing priorities, and adapting to change.
5. Providing excellent Member service by assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
