$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Position Summary

The Personal Shopper supports Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain safety standards by following all safety procedures, conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials properly, and reporting unsafe conditions.
2. Fulfills Member orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and ensuring order accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock items.
3. Complete work assignments by collaborating with team members, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changes and feedback.
4. Provide Member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
5. Adhere to company policies and ethical standards, applying the Open Door Policy and executing business practices accordingly.

Compensation
