A leading company seeks a dedicated team member to support Membership services, ensure safety standards, and fulfill orders efficiently. The role emphasizes customer service, collaboration, and adherence to company policies while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials correctly, adhering to Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress; suggests improvements; and adapts to change and feedback.
Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans, applying the Open Door Policy, and executing business practices.
Respects individuals by embracing diversity, creating an inclusive workplace, building trust and strong relationships, and fostering a culture of belonging where everyone can thrive.

The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00, with potential additional premiums depending on circumstances.
