Walmart is seeking a Membership Support Associate to develop and support Membership services, maintain safety standards, and fulfill orders. This role involves collaborating with team members, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to company policies. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials correctly, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
Completes work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress; and seeking improvement opportunities and adapting to change.
Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
Adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing action plans, applying the Open Door Policy, and fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace where differences are embraced and all associates can thrive.
Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, supporting Walmart’s culture, holding oneself and others accountable, and making a positive impact for stakeholders.
