Job description

Position Summary

Supports Membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working towards Membership goals.

Ensures Facility safety by adhering to all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift and hazardous materials procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions to management.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders accurately by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, securing merchandise, and following up on out-of-stock items to meet Member needs.

Completes work assignments by utilizing policies and resources, collaborating with team members, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to change, while communicating progress and identifying improvement opportunities.

Provides excellent Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company offerings.

Complies with company policies, ethics, and standards of integrity, embodying the Open Door Policy, respecting diversity, fostering a culture of belonging, and acting with integrity and accountability.

Delivers results with a customer-first approach, making informed decisions, balancing priorities, and considering the impact on the team and stakeholders.
