Walmart is seeking a dedicated Membership Support Associate in Orlando, FL, to enhance Membership services and ensure safety standards. The role involves assisting Members, fulfilling orders, and promoting company products while maintaining a customer-first approach. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.
Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials correctly, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
Completes work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress; and seeking improvements and learning from feedback.
Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans, applying the Open Door Policy, and adhering to business practices.
Respects individuals by embracing diversity, creating a supportive workplace, and fostering a culture of belonging, where all associates can thrive and perform.
