Position Summary

Supports Membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting company products and services, processing memberships, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals.

Ensures Facility safety by adhering to all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift and hazardous materials procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and securing items, ensuring order accuracy, and managing out-of-stock issues.

Completes work priorities using policies and resources, collaborates with team members, manages deadlines, and seeks continuous improvement and adaptation to change.

Provides excellent Member service by assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.

Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, fostering a culture of respect, trust, and accountability. Acts with integrity, supports a diverse and inclusive workplace, and demonstrates leadership by mentoring others.

Delivers results focused on customer and member satisfaction, makes informed decisions, and supports continuous improvement and innovation.
