Supports ecommerce operations including Club Pick Up and Ship From Club by overseeing processes, auditing feedback, resolving complaints, and implementing improvements. Trains and supports associates in ecommerce tasks, ensuring proper execution and performance evaluation.
Ensures merchandise presentation and sales floor maintenance adhere to policies, manages order picking and staging, and develops processes to meet business needs. Demonstrates compliance with policies, leads team efforts, and fosters a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence.
Promotes a positive workplace, supports diversity, and acts with integrity. Focuses on delivering excellent customer service, making informed decisions, and supporting continuous improvement. Upholds safety standards and supports company initiatives and benefits.
The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21.00 to $29.00, with potential additional premiums based on specific circumstances. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, education programs, and more.
