Position Summary...
What you'll do...
- Assist management with supervising associates in assigned areas by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes, and providing guidance on member service techniques to ensure issues are resolved per company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with policies, support open communication, participate in recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff.
- Maintain facility safety through safety sweeps, proper handling of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Support the Sams Club ecommerce plan by overseeing operations such as Club Pick Up and Ship From Club, auditing customer feedback, resolving complaints, and identifying trends to improve service.
- Supervise associates supporting ecommerce programs, providing training, resources, and ensuring coverage at pickup locations.
- Execute and support the Club Pickup plan, updating operations with KPIs, auditing orders, maintaining equipment, and evaluating performance to meet strategy goals.
- Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, evaluate program execution, and communicate staffing needs.
- Provide member service by assisting with technology, purchasing decisions, and resolving issues, while promoting products and services.
- Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation according to policies, including handling claims, organizing displays, and securing high-shrink items.
- Oversee order picking and staging for club pickup, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
- Develop and implement processes to meet business needs, analyze information, monitor progress, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with policies and standards, explain and demonstrate ethical practices, and support management in addressing issues.
- Lead and participate in teams, utilizing resources effectively, and adapting to change or challenges.
- Promote a culture of respect, inclusivity, and integrity, fostering a positive work environment and accountability.
- Deliver results with a focus on customer and member satisfaction, making informed decisions, and balancing priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement, embrace new technologies, and support others through change.

The hourly wage range is $20.00 to $28.00, with actual pay meeting or exceeding local minimum wages. Additional premiums may apply based on specific conditions.
