Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
2. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations.
3. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
4. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifying priorities and deadlines; communicating progress; and suggesting improvements.
5. Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
6. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and service.
7. Acts with integrity, serving customers and Members, and striving for excellence by continuous learning and improvement.

Compensation
