Position Overview

This role offers a salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 per year, based on skills and experience. The position involves leading and developing store teams, ensuring excellent customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales and profitability. Responsibilities include supervising associates, implementing business initiatives, maintaining compliance with policies, and fostering a culture of belonging and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and effective communication.
  2. Model and uphold customer service standards, managing initiatives and community outreach programs.
  3. Manage store financials, including reviewing P&L statements, budgeting, and controlling expenses.
  4. Hire, train, and mentor associates, fostering a culture of belonging and high performance.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and support ethical standards.
  6. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and promote continuous learning and improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience. Additional requirements include successful completion of job-specific training and assessments, and background checks for firearm-related positions where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership, or relevant supervisory experience managing multiple direct reports.
