A leading retail company seeks a team leader to provide excellent member service and oversee associates' daily operations. Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.
Assists management with supervising associates, including assigning duties, communicating goals, training, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with policies. Supports recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff.
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes the sales floor, maintains safety standards, and ensures proper merchandise presentation. Oversees order picking and staging, develops and implements processes, and promotes compliance with policies and ethical standards.
Leads and participates in team activities, fosters a culture of respect and integrity, and focuses on delivering excellent customer service. Supports continuous improvement and adapts to change effectively.

Must be 18 years or older. At least 6 months of retail experience and 6 months of customer service experience.
Experience leading a team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload.
