A leading retail company is seeking a motivated individual to provide exceptional member service while overseeing team operations in a busy retail environment. This role focuses on supporting both customer needs and team development, where strong communication and leadership skills are essential. The candidate will handle various tasks from stocking to managing team dynamics, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services.
Assists management with supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes, and ensuring compliance with policies. Supports recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff.
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes the sales floor, maintains safety, and ensures proper merchandise presentation. Oversees product quality, manages club pick-up orders, and develops processes to meet business needs.
Promotes compliance with company policies and supports team collaboration to meet customer needs and business priorities.

Must be 18+ years old. 6 months retail and 6 months customer service experience required.
Experience in leading a team, supervising, hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload.
