A leading retail company is seeking a team leader at its Kansas location. This role involves providing exceptional member service, supervising associates, and ensuring compliance with company policies, all while promoting a positive shopping experience. Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services.
Assists management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training, providing guidance on member service, ensuring policy compliance, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating staff.
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes the sales floor, maintains safety standards, and ensures merchandise presentation aligns with company policies. Oversees product quality, manages club pick-up orders, develops and implements processes, and promotes compliance with policies and ethics.
Leads and supports team activities, ensuring work quality and adherence to timelines.

Must be 18 years or older, with at least 6 months retail and 6 months customer service experience.
