Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, communicating goals, training, and providing guidance to ensure member service and compliance.
2. Support membership by providing information, processing memberships, encouraging renewals, and participating in sales and marketing events.
3. Provide member service by assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, and supporting self-service technology.
4. Oversee assigned areas, handle claims and returns, organize merchandise, and maintain facilities.
5. Complete financial transactions and maintain records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Develop and implement processes to meet business needs, monitor progress, and identify improvements.
7. Promote and support compliance with policies and ethics, and assist in correcting issues.
8. Lead and participate in teams, coordinate work, and support change management.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment
• 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a front-end team and supervising staff including hiring, mentoring, and managing workload
