Position Summary
This position focuses on providing member service, maintaining checkout and entrance areas, handling payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, and ensuring a safe shopping environment. The associate is responsible for training new front‑line associates, operating frontline technology, supporting members with product and technology guidance, and executing emergency and security procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide member service, verify membership cards, and resolve member issues.
- Maintain the checkout, entrance, and exit areas, organizing merchandise and ensuring proper zoning.
- Handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Execute safety sweeps and report unsafe situations to facility management.
- Follow company safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Assist in the training of Member Frontline Services associates on processes, procedures, and new technology.
- Perform emergency response procedures and maintain documentation logs.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety practices, including identifying potential criminal activity.
- Conduct zone maintenance, arrange merchandise, and identify shrink or damages.

Compensation
The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
