Job summary

Position Summary...

The (USA) Manager, Sourcing leads strategic sourcing initiatives by developing and maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring product quality, and managing on‑time delivery. This role collaborates cross‑functionally to align sourcing strategies with business objectives, negotiates pricing and terms, and mitigates risks while driving cost savings. The manager oversees supplier performance, conducts assessments, and mentors team members to enhance sourcing capabilities. By leveraging market knowledge and digital tools, this position supports continuous improvement and operational excellence, contributing to Walmart’s commitment to delivering value and meeting customer needs effectively.

About the team:

Our team manages sourcing for the Home Decor private brand business across WMUS and WMCA, focusing on delivering optimal cost solutions across Good, Better, and Best product ranges. This role specifically oversees sourcing for Candles, Incense, and Flameless Fragrance categories, managing approximately 13 suppliers with a business scope exceeding $500M. The team supports both Direct Order and Direct Import channels, ensuring supplier performance, quality, and timely delivery. Collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners, the team drives strategic sourcing initiatives to meet business objectives while maintaining strong supplier relationships and accountability.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
