The Manager of Learning and Development is responsible for developing learning content in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts. This includes auditing existing materials, adapting content to learner needs, and aligning content with business goals. The role also manages the learning environment, implements development standards, and coordinates related activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field, with 2 years’ experience in adult learning or training content development, or 4 years’ related experience.
Instructional design software proficiency, leading cross-functional teams, Master’s degree in Learning and Development or related field, Project Management Certification, Project management experience, Six Sigma certification.
