What you'll do...

Role summary: The (USA) Manager, Incubation & Onboarding leads the development and execution of marketplace strategies, overseeing customer relationship management and operational performance. This role manages the end-to-end partner onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration and technical support to optimize seller satisfaction. Collaborating cross-functionally, the manager drives continuous improvements, monitors key metrics, and supports team development while maintaining compliance with company policies and ethical standards. The position requires strong leadership to foster accountability, enhance marketplace functionality, and deliver results aligned with Walmart’s mission and values.

About the team: The WFS Strategic Onboarding Team delivers a personalized onboarding experience for high-value Walmart Marketplace sellers adopting Walmart Fulfillment Services. The team manages the seller journey from referral to successful launch, assisting with registration, item conversion, shipment creation, and inventory launch. They identify and resolve barriers, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and elevate systemic issues to ensure timely adoption. Focused on accelerating launch time, increasing seller conversion, and supporting long‑term growth, the team also provides valuable feedback to Product, Operations, and Business Development to enhance the overall onboarding process.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
