Position Summary

The Manager, Operations leads multiple work streams by designing and executing project plans that align with business objectives. About the team

The Assortment Strategy & Acceleration team drives the expansion of Walmart Business’ B2B assortment by identifying high-demand gaps and partnering with suppliers to acquire and configure new products. This team collaborates cross-functionally with merchants, product, pricing, operations, and sales to streamline processes and accelerate assortment launches. Focused on operational excellence, the team manages project timelines, improves business efficiency, and supports business objectives through data‑driven decision‑making. Members contribute to developing innovative solutions that enhance purchasing capabilities and deliver competitive pricing, ensuring alignment with Walmart’s goals and customer needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Stock.
