Position Summary: The Creative Project Manager plays a key role in executing full-funnel creative campaigns, ensuring collaboration across Creative Account Management, Creative, and Production teams. Responsibilities include managing project intake, developing schedules, tracking milestones, and maintaining communication throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience in a creative agency environment and be proficient in tools like Workfront. Success requires high accountability, strong relationship management, and leadership under pressure. The ideal candidate is proactive, a problem-solver, and capable of navigating ambiguity with minimal oversight.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Creative Account Management on project intake, resource assignment, and opening jobs in Workfront.
  • Develop detailed project schedules with input from account, creative, and production teams.
  • Update teams on milestones, timeline shifts, and deliverables.
  • Drive projects from start to finish, serving as the main contact for project status.
  • Support the creative team and assist the creative lead during development.
  • Maintain updated project documents in Workfront.
  • Lead status meetings and share updates to ensure clarity on milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify scheduling or resourcing challenges early and propose solutions.
  • Follow up to ensure asset availability and progress towards milestones.
  • Coordinate with legal, trademark, and communications teams during development.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years as a Creative Project Manager in an agency or in-house team.
  • Experience managing high-volume projects from branding to tactical execution.
  • Experience with Workfront or similar project management software preferred.

The annual salary range is $96,000 - $186,000, with additional performance bonuses and potential stock options.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field, plus 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Content Management Systems, managing digital creative projects, working with creative agencies, and proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
