Walmart in Oxnard, CA is seeking a store management professional to supervise hourly Associates, hire, train, mentor, assign duties, evaluate performance and promote a sense of belonging among the workforce.

You will manage budgets for sales expenses and wages, drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing, and inventory control, and ensure safety and policy compliance while coordinating opening/closing procedures for a seamless transition.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college; OR 1 year retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 1 year's SAM'S Club experience; OR 3 years military experience.
• Preferred Qualifications include Environmental Compliance or related field, retail profit and loss statement management experience, Supervisory experience, Warehouse experience with cold chain compliance.

Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly Associates in assigned area by hiring training mentoring assigning duties evaluating performance promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace and providing recognition and ensuring compliance with applicable company policies and procedures regarding selection and recruiting record retention and training as well as applicable local state and federal laws and regulationsHolds hourly Associates accountable by analyzing and interpreting reports implementing and monitoring asset protection and safety controls maintaining quality The annual salary range for this position is $70,500.00 - $95,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
