Job description

We are a national staffing firm and are currentlyseeking a Maintenance Technician (HVAC) for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Framingham, MA Details for the position are as follows:

• $42hr based on previous experience.

• This is an onsite position. Monday - Friday
• 12+ month contract - (potential to extend or convert based on performance & budget).
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility.
• Work with air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.
• Maintain temperature-controlled environments, including cold and warm rooms.
• Interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
• Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation.
• Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues.
• Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards.
• Minimum Education High School Diploma
