Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7 cGMP-regulated facility.

You will work with AHUs, chillers, boilers and cleanroom systems, interpret drawings, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and keep meticulous logs.

The role demands strong diagnostics, safe work practices, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while meeting strict environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in diagnosing HVAC and refrigeration issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility.
• Work with air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.
• Maintain temperature-controlled environments, including cold and warm rooms.

2 Roles, HVAC Technician

Additional information:

• Ability to work rotating schedule which includes working every other Sunday, 2-3days on and 2-3 days off; 12-hour work days


• Climbing ladders, confined space, LOTO, hot work permit


• HVACs will work in cold rooms


• Exposure to chemicals such as glycol, utilities, IPA, spor-klenz and refrigerant


• Role will operate: Scissor list, boom lift.
