Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler for a project in Newbury Park (Thousand Oaks), CA. Pay ranges from $43.34 to $56.67 per hour based on experience.

The position is a 6‑month assignment with potential for extension, typically Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include standard preventive maintenance scheduling, triage of the work order backlog, basic spare parts staging, and updating CMMS records.

Qualifications

• Ability to estimate labor hours, materials and visualize job execution.
• Ability to recognize job hazards and apply safety measures such as LOTO and hot work permits.
• Working knowledge of computers with basic training.
• Good planning, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Mechanical/electrical/instrumentation background; technical school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Standard preventive maintenance scheduling, including work order backlog triage.
• Update CMMS records and manage basic spare parts staging.
• Support scheduling activities on a 6‑month assignment with potential extension.

Job Description

• Pay is $43.34-56.67 (based one experience) to start!!
• 6 – month assignment with the potential for extension/conversion based on performance and budget.
• Monday – Friday
• Standard preventive maintenance scheduling, work order backlog triage, basic spare parts staging, and updating CMMS records.
