The role drives financial performance and sales by reviewing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, monitoring inventory flow, and developing strategies to mitigate shrinkage and achieve sales and profit goals. It includes supervising and developing hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing performance. The position requires developing relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives, and promoting a culture of belonging and continuous learning.
The candidate must build strong relationships, communicate effectively, attract and retain talent, act with integrity, serve customers, and strive for excellence. The annual salary range is $65,000 - $80,000 plus additional compensation based on performance and location.
2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm-selling facilities, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training is required. Associates must attend and complete all required trainings and assessments.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership, and experience supervising 5 or more direct reports with responsibilities including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
