This role oversees the full development lifecycle, champions DevOps practices, and drives cloud cost optimization to enhance engineering efficiency. The Director requires strong leadership to build and mentor high‑performing teams, manage cross‑functional collaboration, and align roadmaps with business priorities. The Director fosters continuous improvement, technical excellence, and operational rigor while maintaining accountability for quality and timely delivery of innovative technology solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead execution of complex software, data, and AI/ML systems ensuring reliability, scalability, and integration across platforms.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.

Minimum Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• Option 2: 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• 3 years' supervisory experience.
