This role oversees scalable infrastructure, DevOps practices, and cloud cost optimization while driving full lifecycle software development across multiple teams. The position requires strong leadership in architectural design, stakeholder collaboration, and operational excellence to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. By fostering innovation and continuous improvement, this role advances engineering capabilities and supports business objectives through effective project and team management.

The international last mile engineering team delivers scalable, high-performance software solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Focused on automation and continuous optimization, the team designs, develops, and maintains critical business capabilities with an emphasis on solution design, software development, and DevOps best practices. Collaborating closely, members ensure reliable system performance and measurable growth. This team fosters technical excellence and proactive problem-solving to meet evolving business needs while upholding high standards of quality and performance in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do:

  • Strong skills in project and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps and milestone tracking.

  • Demonstrated ability to guide architectural reviews and system design for scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.

  • Proficiency in integrating platform technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products.

  • Commitment to mentoring engineers, fostering technical excellence, and promoting continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
