The Director fosters strong partnerships across teams to implement innovative solutions and continuous improvements. About the team

The team drives the transformation of Walmart’s fulfillment capabilities to enhance the customer experience through strategic program management and data-driven decision-making. It leads initiatives across speed, assortment, pricing, and recovery by collaborating with Product, Pricing, Walmart+, Merchandising, Network, Operations, Analytics, and Finance teams. Focused on identifying challenges, designing tests, and scaling solutions, the team ensures alignment with Walmart’s goals through effective stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and business operations. This collaborative environment emphasizes innovation and operational excellence to deliver impactful, scalable results.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
