The team sets direction for speed execution, evaluates network and asset changes, and strengthens readiness for peak. • Develop performance metrics, tools, and executive narratives that surface risks, trade-offs, and opportunities.
  • Align cross-functional partners on priorities, readiness, owners, and milestones; drive initiatives through implementation and measurement.
  • Evaluate network and asset changes, support peak readiness, and confirm solutions deliver sustained results.
What You’ll Bring

  • Strong structured problem-solving and financial acumen; able to identify root causes, assess trade-offs, and size opportunities.
  • Experience in eCommerce, fulfillment, supply chain, or another complex operating environment.
  • Ability to translate analysis into concise executive narratives and clear recommendations.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams, lead ambiguous initiatives, and drive measurable results.
