Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area (or 5 years' experience otherwise).
• 1 year's supervisory experience.

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Operations leads the execution of complex projects and programs by managing timelines, resources, and communication to ensure successful implementation. This role provides data-driven insights to influence business strategies, drives process improvements to enhance efficiency, and collaborates cross-functionally to develop innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals. Responsible for overseeing budgets, mentoring teams, and fostering a high-performance environment, the position supports continuous learning and operational excellence while upholding company values and ethical standards to deliver measurable business results.

About the team

The Walmart Connect Sales Strategy Transformation team converts business priorities into actionable strategies that enhance sales effectiveness and operational excellence. Collaborating with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners, the team leads strategic initiatives, streamlines processes, and removes execution barriers. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, it addresses complex challenges, drives accountability, and enables Sales teams to focus on building advertiser relationships and expanding business. With broad organizational visibility and a collaborative approach, the team develops scalable solutions that meet emerging business needs and deliver measurable impact.

Salaries

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
