About the team:
The Marketplace Furniture Category Director leads Walmart Home Marketplace’s largest category within the Omni Furniture business. This team drives strategic initiatives to optimize assortment, sourcing and seller performance by leveraging data and market insights. Collaborating across functions, members build strong stakeholder relationships to deliver impactful business results. The team applies supply chain expertise , business communication, and consensus decision-making to address complex challenges. Committed to continuous improvement and innovation, the team aligns strategies with organizational goals to enhance customer value and support Walmart’s marketplace growth.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
