Qualifications

• 4 years' supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading complex consulting projects with a focus on business strategy and customer insights.
• Ability to develop research methodologies and data analysis approaches for actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence executive decision-making.

Role summary: The (USA) Director, Insights Consulting leads the development and delivery of complex consulting projects that support multiple business areas. The Director collaborates across functions to ensure alignment on research methodologies and data strategies while overseeing a team to achieve business goals. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock
