The (USA) Director, Insights Consulting leads the development and delivery of complex consulting projects that support multiple business areas. This role provides strategic guidance by analyzing business objectives and customer needs, advising senior leadership with actionable insights to drive informed decisions. The director fosters collaboration across functions, oversees research methodologies, and ensures high-quality data analysis. Additionally, this position builds and mentors a high-performing team, promotes continuous improvement, and aligns strategies to achieve business goals while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and operational excellence.

About the team:
The Customer Insights & Strategy team plays a vital role in guiding Walmart’s customer-focused decisions. Acting as strategic advisors, the team supports leaders across Merchandising, Marketing, Seasonal, and Private Brands by integrating customer needs, shopping behaviors, market trends, and competitive dynamics. The team excels at translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies that drive growth. By connecting varied intelligence sources and challenging conventional thinking, they deliver insights that shape Walmart’s approach to winning with customers. This collaborative team fosters innovation and supports business objectives through expert consulting and data-driven recommendations.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
