Walmart Bellevue is seeking a Manager of Advanced Analytics to lead a team delivering data-driven insights that inform strategic and operational decisions. You will mentor staff, develop models, and present actionable recommendations to cross-functional partners while aligning with business goals.

You will collaborate with leadership within Walmart eCommerce’s Advanced Analytics team to drive innovation, build predictive solutions, and improve performance across the marketplace.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
• 2 years' analytics experience or 4 years' analytics experience.
• Proven leadership of analytics projects and teams.
• Strong data-driven decision making and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with Tableau and end-to-end analytics workstreams.

What you'll do:

• Lead and mentor a team to execute advanced analytics projects, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and prototypes to drive actionable business insights and value.
• Manage end-to-end project workstreams, ensuring risk mitigation and alignment with strategic goals.
• Present data-driven recommendations to inform functional initiatives and support decision-making.
• Foster strong partnerships across cross-functional teams to deliver consultative analytics solutions.
• Oversee data analysis strategies and guide less experienced team members in execution.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience leading advanced analytics projects and developing data models to drive business results.
• Strong expertise in data-driven decision making and applying analytics to solve complex business challenges.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau and experience managing analytics workstreams end-to-end.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills to build partnerships across functions and influence strategic initiatives.
• Solid project and risk management capabilities to ensure successful implementation of analytics solutions.
• Commitment to accountability, continuous improvement, and delivering actionable insights that support business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
