Job summary

Walmart Inc. seeks a Director, Salesforce & Commercial Systems Strategy to govern Salesforce usage and maximize value across Sales and Operations.

You will bridge business and technical teams, drive workflow optimization, and ensure data integration as Walmart Connect migrates to a new Salesforce instance. You will partner with leaders across Sales and Operations, establishing performance metrics and a roadmap to optimize the platform and related data architecture.

• Extensive experience in data strategy development and execution aligned with business objectives.


• Proven expertise in data quality management, including establishing metrics and operational procedures.


• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques to communicate complex insights effectively.


• Ability to analyze business problems using advanced analytics and big data methodologies.


• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.


• Proficiency in data source identification, database technologies, and data governance principles.


• Skilled in translating business requirements into actionable data initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
