The role involves coordinating and overseeing job-related activities, building relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives, and promoting continuous learning and improvement.
The successful candidate will provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, ensure compliance with policies and standards, and foster a workplace culture of belonging, integrity, and excellence. Responsibilities also include attracting and retaining talent, making data-driven decisions, and driving continuous improvements using new technologies and skills.
2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm sales facilities, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training is required. All associates must attend and complete required trainings and assessments.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, or a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership. Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
