Job summary

Sam's Club in Tampa, FL is seeking a warehouse associate to manage freight flow, load and move freight with pallet jacks and powered equipment, and maintain accurate records using the warehouse management system. You will help keep the area organized and support accurate scanning and sorting of goods for efficient distribution.

What you'll do: Manage freight flow through moving and loading freight manually as well as through extendables and powered equipment eg single and double pallet jack lift pacer identifying counting separating combining and scanning freight utilizing warehouse management system terminal scales and scanners and maintaining records logs and forms. Keep work area organized and maintain freight flow through stacking empty pallets and moving empty pallets using a pallet jack and/or powered equipment. Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing eg customers suppliers associates

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.95 - $24.45* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
