Job summary

Sam's Club in Tampa, FL is seeking a Logistics Clerical Associate to support receiving, billing, scheduling, and administrative tasks. You will handle documentation, data entry, and reporting while coordinating with drivers and vendors.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience performing Walmart Logistics clerical responsibilities (e.g., filing, data entry) including 6 months experience with 10-key data entry
• Experience using email, spreadsheets, and word processing for documentation and reporting

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally or in writing
• Prepare, review, and analyze receiving/billing documentation and reports; resolve discrepancies
• Provide general clerical support: filing, data entry, faxing, scheduling, and report preparation
• Monitor deliveries: schedule and track delivery appointments, check-in and release drivers
• Perform basic equipment maintenance (cleaning, inspecting, toner changes)

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.95 - $24.45* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
