2 years’ college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience. Additional requirements include successful completion of all job-related trainings and assessments.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or related certifications, and experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
