Base pay range

$31.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading and developing teams through training, active listening, and providing feedback; communicating store operations and business initiatives; leading change efforts; and setting clear expectations.
2. Modeling and demonstrating exceptional customer service standards; supporting customer service initiatives; ensuring customer issues are resolved; and leading process improvements for a high-quality customer experience.
3. Driving financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, controlling expenses, and ensuring effective merchandising and inventory management.
4. Providing supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing contributions, while promoting diversity and inclusion.
5. Coordinating and overseeing activities to meet customer and business needs; building relationships with stakeholders; setting goals; and promoting continuous learning.
6. Ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting Walmart's values, and fostering a culture of integrity and ethics.

The hourly wage range for this position is $31.25-$38.46 plus differential where applicable, and additional bonuses may be available based on performance and location.

Minimum qualifications:

2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience. Additional requirements apply for firearm-related positions, including background checks and specific certifications.

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership or related fields; experience supervising multiple direct reports; and other leadership certifications or training are preferred.
