The hourly wage range is $31.25-$38.46 plus legislative differential, with potential bonuses and additional pay based on location and performance.
2 years of college; OR 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work and 1 year supervisory experience. For firearm sales, successful CBC and training are required. All associates must complete required trainings and assessments.
Bachelor’s in Business Management and Leadership or certification in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
