Position Summary

The Carwash/Gas Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the car wash and gas station areas, assisting customers, stocking supplies, and operating equipment in accordance with company policies. They promote membership programs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a safe shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communicate membership benefits and promote renewal and product/services.
2. Provide customer service by addressing needs, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including signage and safety protocols.
4. Stock merchandise and supplies, handle claims and returns, and organize the facility.
5. Operate equipment such as cash registers and car wash/gas station tools.
6. Uphold company standards for safety, integrity, and customer service.
