Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and communicate effectively to provide excellent customer service. Be flexible to business needs, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency and quality of bakery decorative designs, follow recipes and measurements, work with decorating tools, and adhere to food safety standards.
• Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools to enhance sales, improve shopping experience, and engage with associates and members using handheld technology for decision-making and training.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and freshness, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with purchasing decisions and issue resolution.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service and products, mentor and develop team members, and foster a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented environment.
