Job description

Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and maintain stock levels while controlling shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and consistency in decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layouts.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and the shopping experience, utilize handheld technology for real-time decisions, and adapt to new tools.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, minimize waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, support and train associates, and foster a respectful, team-oriented environment.

We offer competitive pay, performance bonuses, and benefits including health, financial, paid time off, education, and more. The hourly wage is $17.00 to $24.00, with additional premiums possible.

Minimum Qualifications

6 months' experience in a fresh production area, be 18 years or older, and successfully complete required training and assessments.
