Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and maintain flexibility to meet business needs. Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage.

Be an Expert: Plan bakery production, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow recipes and safety standards, operate equipment, and manage inventory.

Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, improve shopping experience, and engage with associates and members through technology.

Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.

Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand, model high-quality service, support and develop team members, and foster a respectful, supportive work environment.

Adhere to company policies and standards, complete work efficiently, communicate progress, and seek continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications...

6 months' experience in a fresh production area, must be 18 years or older, and successfully complete required training and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications...

Optional qualifications related to cake decorating skills and experience.
