Job description

Position Summary: As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do:

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes and safety standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and manage inventory.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and improve associate engagement through technology.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote brand values, model high-quality service, support and develop team members, and foster a respectful, supportive environment.

Additional responsibilities include complying with company policies, completing work efficiently, respecting individual differences, acting with integrity, serving customers, striving for excellence, and supporting continuous improvement.
