Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and maintain stock levels while controlling shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow recipes, operate and maintain equipment, and adhere to food safety standards.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, shopping experience, and associate engagement, and adapt to new technology.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, eliminate waste, and prepare for seasonal events.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, support training, and inspire team members.
• Follow company policies and complete work assignments effectively.

We offer competitive pay, performance bonuses, and benefits including health, financial, paid time off, and educational programs. The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.
